So is Katie riding Dugasts or Challenge?

Here's a story for you....

Womens National Elite Championships, A whole pro team of 12 riders, 1 rider on Dugasts, 11 riders on Challenge Grifo's (the sponsored tubulars), 11 riders punctured during the race and 1 didn't.

What tires do you think the only person on the team who didn't puncture was?

KC is a Challenge sponsored rider but was on Rhinos for Nats. Have no idea what her contract allows.

It's tIre man. What are you, some Euro ankle-panty sock wearing fool?

I'm watching Sven go down with Rhinos on the 07 Koppenberg as I type this.

Enjoy the stats.

I think Fidea is a CHallenge Team as welll, yet Bart's featured bike on has older Dugast Pippi's

Yup, Fidea is Challenge but Bartman contractually gets to ride what he wants.

Challenge sponsored team Fidea have the option to ride Dugast Rhino's on mud courses when they want. Same goes for Katie.
Challenge is releasing two new tire treads for next season which will take care of the need for a mud tire.

The Cyclingnews piece on bart Wellens bike was incorrect. The tires weren't Pipistellas they were very old Clement treads on Dugast casings. Bart runs these on sand courses like Koksijde.

Whatup Mark?! Hope you are well man.

Nice catch on that CyclingNews feature of Bart's Ridley! Indeed when I read that and looked at the pics, i'd never seen that tread pattern from Dugast. I looked at Trebon's bike carefully at the Boulder Cup and his (white) Pip's had a way more aggressive side paddle on them versus what these on Bart's Ridley showed. Nice eyes man!
